Royal Nation LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the QuickPoll mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application for instant group decision-making.

1. DATA WE COLLECT

• Name/username (optional, for poll creators and voters)
• Poll questions and voting options you create
• Your votes on polls
• Device identifiers (to prevent duplicate voting)
• Email address (only for Premium subscribers)

Automatically Collected Data

• Device information (type, OS version, unique device ID)
• Usage data (polls created, votes cast, features used)
• Link sharing and click tracking
• App performance and crash reports
• IP address and approximate location (for analytics)

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use the collected information to:

• Enable real-time poll creation and voting functionality
• Prevent duplicate votes from the same device
• Display live voting results and winner announcements
• Generate shareable poll links
• Store poll history for your reference
• Process Premium subscription payments
• Send push notifications for poll reminders (if enabled)
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Provide customer support
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

• All data is stored securely on Supabase cloud infrastructure
• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/WSS) and at rest (AES-256)
• SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure
• Regular security audits and updates
• Poll data is retained for 90 days (free tier) or indefinitely (Premium)
• You can delete your polls and associated data at any time

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

QuickPoll integrates with the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database, real-time WebSockets, and authentication
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and in-app purchases
• Branch.io / Firebase Dynamic Links: Deep linking and attribution
• Expo Push Notifications: Poll reminders and updates
• Analytics Services: Usage analytics and crash reporting

These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

5. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE

We do NOT sell your personal information. Your data may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• Poll Participants: Poll creators can see voter names (unless anonymous voting is enabled)
• Public Polls: Polls shared via link are accessible to anyone with the link
• Service Providers: Trusted third parties that help us operate the app
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In case of merger, acquisition, or asset sale

6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: View all polls you've created and votes you've cast
• Delete: Delete individual polls or your entire account
• Export: Download your poll history (Premium feature)
• Opt-Out: Disable push notifications in app settings
• Anonymous Voting: Enable anonymous mode when creating polls
• Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in JSON format

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

QuickPoll is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at admin@royalnationllc.com, and we will delete such information.

8. ANONYMOUS POLLS

QuickPoll offers an "Anonymous Voting" option. When enabled:

• Voter names are not displayed or stored
• Only vote counts and percentages are shown
• Device IDs are still used to prevent duplicate votes
• Poll creators cannot see who voted for what

9. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data as follows:

• Active Polls: Stored until manually closed or expired
• Closed Polls (Free): 90 days after closing
• Closed Polls (Premium): Indefinitely, unless you delete them
• Deleted Polls: Permanently removed within 30 days
• Account Data: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request

10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using QuickPoll, you consent to such transfers.

11. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected
• Know whether your personal information is sold or disclosed
• Say no to the sale of personal information (we do NOT sell data)
• Access your personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

12. GDPR COMPLIANCE (EU USERS)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the GDPR:

• Right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data
• Right to restrict or object to data processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to withdraw consent at any time

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• Notify you via in-app notification
• For material changes, request your consent
