Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grocery Splitter mobile application ("App") operated by Royal Nation LLC. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Grocery Splitter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. LICENSE

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
• This license terminates if you violate these Terms

3. USER ACCOUNTS

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate information
• You must be 13 years or older to use the App
• One account per user

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Use the App to send spam or fraudulent content

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you upload (receipts, photos, data). However:

• You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide services
• You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All App content, features, and functionality are owned by Royal Nation LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our trademarks without permission.

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. DISCLAIMERS

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of receipt scanning or calculations
• That the App will meet your requirements
• That data will always be available or backed up

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROYAL NATION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
