These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BibleMeditate mobile application ("App") operated by Royal Nation LLC. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BibleMeditate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our App.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BibleMeditate for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BibleMeditate to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Engage in any automated use of the system
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Royal Nation LLC or others

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of BibleMeditate are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Royal Nation LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Nation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BibleMeditate.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
