How do I reset my password?

Go to the sign-in screen and tap "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to modify or cancel.

Can I use Anchored offline?

Yes. Bible reading, prayer sessions, journal entries, and Be Present mode all work offline. Data syncs when you reconnect.

How do I change the app language?

Go to Settings > Language in the app. Anchored supports 32 languages.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. You can also email us at admin@royalnationllc.com to request deletion.

Is my data private?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your journal entries, prayer notes, and personal data are encrypted and never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
